Transportation
The Zone Institute has created a special Transportation PDF with a listing of options for getting to and from the Institute.
Traveling to Tucson is easy by air, and Tucson International Airport (TUS) is ready for us! The Global Biorisk Advisory Council has awarded STAR™ accreditation to Tucson International Airport in recognition of its thorough approach to cleaning, disinfection, and infection prevention.
From Tucson International Airport, there are plenty of options for getting to the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. The hotel is 22 miles away. In most cases, this will be a 45-minute drive. Please plan accordingly, especially during times of heavier traffic.
Shuttle Service
The hotel does not provide shuttle service to/from the airport. However, we have worked together with Adobe Transportation to make it easy for visiting guests to arrange shuttle service directly to the hotel. Click here to download a PDF that includes rates and instructions on how to reserve your own shuttle. Plus, if there is a large group of Institute attendees arriving on the same flight, we may be able provide a shuttle, depending on availability. Visitors interested in exploring and taking in some of the sights of Tucson may also wish to rent a car at the airport, which houses all the major rental car companies.
Taxi Service
VIP Taxi has offered a special $50.00 flat rate to/from Tucson International Airport and Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. Download the coupon and show it to your driver, and you will be charged the flat rate. When you arrive at the airport, you can take the first VIP Taxi you see at the Airport Taxi Stand. Again, a digital copy of the coupon is required to be eligible for this special flat rate.
